Automation using form-based placeholders
eControl can be used to define form letters from any form. Form letters comprise graphics, texts and formatting. eControl supplies “placeholders” for each form field which can be replaced by the field contents created when the form letter is combined with the current eForm.
Publication of form letters
eControl offers every user the option of preparing his or her own private form letters. With the correct authorisation level, form letters can be recorded for public access and used throughout the company. Since not every form letter can be used in a meaningful way with each form, eControl can assign form letters to forms.
Automatic archiving and processing history
If desired, eControl will archive emails and form letters in .pdf format with the relevant eForm or routine check. By default, the generation of the email will be recorded in an eForm’s processing history, making it easy to establish the processing status and when the email was sent.
